These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and consumer software products owned and operated by Applitude LLC (“Applitude,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
01Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.
02Your account

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
05Purchases and subscriptions
Certain Services may offer paid features or subscriptions. Prices, billing terms, and renewal conditions are disclosed at the point of purchase and may be managed through the applicable app store or platform. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
06Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party products and platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
07Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
